A Shopping Destination Designed for the Community

view2a.jpg

Conveniently located and designed for the surrounding community, Lancini Property Group, an award-winning Queensland-based family business, has lodged a development application to construct Burpengary East Shopping Centre.

Lancini Property Group has been developing shopping destinations throughout Queensland for communities just like Burpengary East for 40 years.

The proposed centre will be located on the corner of Buckley Road and Uhlmann Road, creating a shopping destination that locals can access easily and safely from their neighbourhood, without needing to travel on and off the M1 motorway.

Expected to open in 2025, the estimated $20 Million development is set to create 260 jobs during construction and upon completion of Burpengary East Shopping Centre.

A development application for the new shopping centre has been lodged with Moreton Bay Regional Council.
